Finished Vietnam with three more days in Saigon....flew to Kuala Lumpur for a few days...and took the bus to Singapore for a 6 night stay in a lovely hotel in Chinatown. My camera died when me and it fell into the water so I decided to enjoy my last two weeks being photo free and just staying in every moment.
Tomorrow I fly home to Vancouver. Soon as I get off that plane I am heading for a sushi restaurant in the West End. It will be Canada Day and I can only hope the weather is good and Vancouver summer fever is in full swing.
Traveling is a great luxury but nothing can compare to the place that you come from. Even so I could happily live here in South-East Asia and perhaps one day I will be able to come back again for a long visit.
To all the people I met on my journey....thanks for being my best friend for a few moments or a few days....I really love you all...

| Everyone of those windows has a Saigon family inside. Each night when the inside is illuminated and the people inside are living their lives I would spend time gazing into each home wondering about the journey each one of them are having. So close to each other yet worlds apart with their own separate life experience. Good luck....keep going forward and keep loving each other... |
